What are Santa Bob's Rates?
- Santa Bob has standard rates that apply to all events. Inquire via the contact page on this website or by calling (270) 780-7726.
- Premium rates apply from December 21 to Christmas Eve. No visits booked for Christmas Day.
- All fees are due no later than the day of service and are payable by cash, check or Venmo.
- Fees for appearances outside of Warren County (KY) will include a travel fee.
- A contractual agreement and a one-half deposit may be required to book Santa Bob for your event.
- Let Santa Bob know if you need an invoice for his services.
- Santa Bob donates his services to as many charitable and community events as his schedule will allow.
How can I Prepare for Santa Bob's Visit?
- Book Santa Bob for your event as far in advance as possible.
- Santa Bob will talk with you personally when scheduling your event.
- Inform Santa Bob of any special guests or special needs that may require added preparation.
- Have a convenient parking place reserved for Santa Bob near the entrance to your event.
- Have someone greet Santa Bob at the entrance and escort him to the party area.
- If Santa Bob is to distribute presents, have each gift properly wrapped and the recipient's name printed in bold letters.
- If you plan to take photos, have a large chair for Santa Bob sitting in front of an appropriate Christmas backdrop.
- Place the balance of Santa Bob's fee in an envelope or Christmas card and hand it to him as he leaves your event.
